Yes - all of our carers are required to wear full PPE while working with our clients. This includes medical-grade face masks, disposable gloves and disposable aprons. Hand sanitiser is also readily available and carers regularly wash their hands throughout and between calls.

Yes - our carers have all been encouraged to get two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in order to keep our clients and colleagues safe. Safety is Alves iCare's number one priority.

All carers complete infection control and COVID-19 specific training as part of their mandatory training package before their employment commences with us. This means that carers have an in-depth understanding of how to keep our clients safe from infection and illness before they come into contact with them. Carers are also kept up-to-date with all government guidelines as and when they are updated or changed.
